Introduction: We are different than any other personal training services out there. Not only do we do one on one sessions and group sessions. But we stay on top of things with our online weekly check ins, and our costume designed meal plans. The best thing about our service is seeing the journey of our clients. From start to finish we love to see how people change not only by weight and strength, but also emotionally.

Josh really takes the time to listen to his clients goals and develop a plan that will be most effective. He takes it one step further by adjusting the plans when necessary for optimal results. He's always positive and kind but is right there to push you through workouts.
