- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent to the customer. Before entering into any agreement with me, the customer will know how much they will be charged and when.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in goal based financial planning. I work with a customer to understand what they want to accomplish financially and together we will outline a plan to help them achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, annually rated as one of the top colleges in America. While working full-time, I also obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Salve Regina University. When I decided to become a financial planner, I enrolled at Boston University, completing their 18 month certificate course in Comprehensive Financial Planning. Additionally, I have taken and passed the CFP (R) Board's Comprehensive Financial Planner Exam.
