- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer I always want to make sure that the customer is comfortable all the way around as far is comfortable with his system with his thermostat and so forth, it is very important to me to develop a closer relationship with any of my customers, I always want them to feel at ease and comfortable with their system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training you could ever have is training in the field and I’ve been in the field long enough that I’ve seen pretty much everything but I also went to trade school in Boston, and even now I will go back for classes to stay up to date with all the new equipment that comes out as the trade evolves and is constantly changing I take every refresher course or new course that is offered and they offer them a few times a year at various supply houses and schools and of course to renew my licenses.
