Our prices reflect our experience level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From a online service it's about sending a quote so the customer can see what it is going to cost and work included. Once contacted we go over job to make changes. Next after the customer accepts we would do a onsite assessment upon arrival and let the customer know if there are any price changes before work begins. As with all quotes these are estimates with the info given. Price changes due to not seeing the actual difficulty of work or customers leaving info out will usually happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Massachusetts we are required to obtain journeyman license. This includes a minimum of 8000 work hours and 600 school hours. We have 20 years experience. Licenses includes MA Electrical RI Electrical
