Introduction: I became a personal trainer to help people live a healthy lifestyle. I want to help people accomplish their goals, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, improve overall health, flexibility and balance, etc. I often hear that it is too difficult to find the time to get to the gym or to workout. I want to show people what strength training (30 minutes, 3 times a week) can do to one's health and fitness goals. I am here to motivate, encourage, help you stay accountable and push you to your best potential.

I have never been one to stick with exercising but Erica has such enthusiasm  that she truly helps motivate you to keep going. I also love that she is always so up beat and truly believe in those that she is helping that they can make it through and reach their goals!
