Introduction: I take the time to get to know all of my clients. I like to have a conversation with them finding out what their wants and needs are, before getting to the assessment. I like building that bond with my clients, so they are comfortable working with me. having a clear understanding as to why I am assisting them with their organizing needs, I enjoy helping my clients organize their homes and lives. Knowing that I am helping them to do something that they are unable to do, is a wonderful experience. Seeing the joy on their faces with the final results, is well worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a hourly rate. We are always willing to work within our clients budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start of with an introduction email, with a follow up phone call. Once I have had a chance to do an over the phone assessment, i like to schedule a free consultation to go over the project, the terms and timeline. This is a great way of getting to know my clients and their wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from The Professional Organizing Academy
