- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can typically schedule a short, free consultation to assess whether my services would be a good fit for your needs. If so, I'll prepare an estimate or quote describing the scope of work and payment terms, and we'll proceed from there. I offer a 10% discount for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a short conversation, either in person, on the phone, or by video conference, so I can learn more about your needs. Then I'll prepare a project scope document, estimate, or quote, which we'll review and sign before we get started. I'm equally comfortable working with local customers in person, or working remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in digital marketing and online content management for six years, with local and national clients. Prior to moving into digital communications, I worked in higher education, and have a PhD in social science.
