Introduction: I am a real estate professional passionate about growing businesses, portfolios and opportunities in the real estate sector. From finding opportunities to help investors and fellow owners grow their portfolio, to matching a business with its perfect location and providing room and opportunity to grow, to helping others in the real estate business achieve their goals through mentorship and coaching. My 20+ years of experience in real estate includes investment, commercial, residential, corporate, leasing, development, and all things between. With a history of solid investment strategies, growth of real estate organizations, and a drive for success, I find that nothing satisfies me more than building relationships, solving problems and finding and realizing opportunities for success for others. This is what I have done in my previous roles by tripling a real estate investment organization in a 4 year span, increasing investment IRR’s, and developing and training new real estate professionals now employed in senior positions at multiple organizations. We love seeing our clients succeed, get over the hurdle, and grow their business while achieving both professional and personal goals.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very specific to each client and process. We take the time to first learn the needs, and then offer our recommendations, along with pricing that works for both parties. Our project based fees are designed to provide a return on your investment within the first twelve months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-depth meeting to really understand and diagnose what the current challenges and opportunities may be. Our in depth interview process leads us to providing directional recommendations to forge a partnership with our clients and to determine the best steps to move forward. We don't have "cookie-cutter" plans, each process, system and activity is custom tailored for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of real estate experience and 15+ years growing organizations, creating strategic plans, developing people and improving processes. Multiple courses and certifications to provide the best training to our clients.
