- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a typical tax return (1040, Schedule A, B, and State Returns) my fee is 300 and goes up from there. I guarantee my work for accuracy and I'm also an insured Tax Professional. For tax strategies/planning and regular bookkeeping tasks, my fees range anywhere from $100/hr to $350/hr depending on the complexity of the issues at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with the client and discuss exactly what their needs are and how I can best accommodate those needs. After 20 years in the Finance and Accounting field, there is very little that surprises me and I believe that's what my clients come to expect. Get the job done as efficiently as possible and produce reports for them in plain English so they can understand exactly where the business stands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Finance and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in German. I have won various awards including the Quetes Managerial Award, People's Policy and Procedures Award for writing and implementing new structures and practices for existing Employee Handbooks.
