- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour and will give you an estimate of the time required for the job and an entire job scope. Smaller jobs may be done with one professional. Consultations are free within 15 miles, 54 cents per mile thereafter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we evaluate the areas or rooms to be organized and plan to tackle each space individually in order of importance to be minimally disruptive. The items will be removed and sorted. We work with you to determine what is to be purged, donated and stored. We then clean the space, determine the useable storage area and decide if anything is to be purchased to optimize the space. For packing and unpacking, we estimate the timeline of the job based on how many boxes are to be packed or unpacked.

I have been hired by Nimble Concierge which offers similar services in MA. I also worked individually for The Country House Arts Center and Middletown Electrolux reorganizing the company paperwork and optimizing their filing systems to make sure their business run smoothly.
