Matt was exactly what we hoped for when we moved to the area, good quality work at a good price. My wife and I built a 5000sq ft home outside of front royal and after about 2 years we have started to see small issues. Cracks in the drywall, closet doors coming off of hinges, stair rails detaching, etc. We were looking for a handyman we could depend on and who didn't try to upcharge us or sell us other "fixes" that we didn't need. We were pleasantly surprised. Matt was punctual, polite, he quoted us a price up front and he stuck to that price. He worked quickly, efficiently and he didn't waste any time materials. We even asked him to come back soon and build some shelves in our laundry room. We look forward to working with him in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for handyman services.

I am so glad I found Thumbtack! I had two small projects - deck repair and hanging a light. I tried for almost two months to find someone and finally discovered Thumbtack. Within days, I found the ideal Handyman and two weeks later, my projects are done! Matt Putsky of American Pride Handyman Services is the BEST! He was professional, thoughtful, arrived on time, and did great work. I like that he gave me a flat rate for the projects - he took his time and did them correctly, and I did not have to watch the clock. My deck project went over budget when he discovered two rotted posts on my stairs and had to make the risers himself. But it was ok and he gave me a fair price on those and the power wash, which I did not even request be done. The only break they took was to go the hardware store. They cleaned up after themselves and my deck looks great. He and his son, Josh, did a great job! I could not be happier. Thank you, Matt!
