- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We decide our pricing based on square footage, the condition of the home, and any extra services that may be required such as cleaning the interior of ovens and refrigerators, and if there are special cleanings products and/or equipment that we may need to supply that we usually do not keep in our supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has accepted our quote we prefer to have a short conversation by either phone, text, or email in order to obtain a more detailed idea of exactly what the customer requires to be done, if there is a preference for particular products, equipment, time limits, etc. Our process also allows us the opportunity to get to know our new customers and that is always a pleasure!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
911 Cleaning Services has been in the business of cleaning homes and offices since 2015 with the founder having 20 years experience having cleaned homes, offices, and banks as well post-construction clean up.
