I needed some real estate photography of exteriors only with a very pressing deadline and Josh delivered. I told him exactly what I wanted and he shot what I described. He was excellent in communicating clearly and promptly. In particular, he was very good about letting me know the status of my project so I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Real Estate Listing photos, pricing is generally based on square footage of the home. All other services are flat rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important in understanding the needs of my clients. Before hiring, I ensure that I can perform the task exceptionally to meet my client's needs as well as ensure we can work together. It's a two-way relationship and I want to make sure we are a good "fit."
