Introduction: It is no secret that the technology in audio visual video and data presentation has traveled at light speed in recent years. Beginning in 1969, we specialized in the sales and service of A/V equipment and educational materials to Virginia schools, businesses and government. We have since dramatically expanded our range of services and client base. In 1973, we opened an A/V and video rental department and began to stage shows for customers. Now our rental inventory is the largest in Virginia, from which we routinely stage shows for clients anywhere on the East Coast. BVC also provided projection services and satellite downlinks for major sporting events. In 1976, we began to offer more technical services, concentrating on the commercial, industrial and military markets. These services were expanded to include major rental and staging of events, computer data projection systems and extended warranty services. In 2013, we sold our sales and install divisions in order to concentrate our efforts in the rental and staging markets. Today, perhaps BVC is best known for its preeminence as a major rental and staging company.
