Joe has provided me with exceptional service on multiple occasions. The most recent being the replacement of exterior door knobs/ locks on my newly purchased home. He is professional and courteous and I trust both in his ability to complete a task to meet my expectations but also that he will be honest and upfront should a challenge arise, as in the case of the replacement locks. In this instance, one of the doors had been pretty badly damaged by a previous occupant. The hardware that I purchased was not going to fit. Instead of simply replacing the entire door (which would have put me over budget) Joe was able to make adjustments that would allow me to use the replacement hardware without compromising the security of my home or the safety of my family. I wholeheartedly endorse Joe Trickett, Shane Moore, and the entire team! Thanks Guys!
