Introduction: I am professional, and responsible animal lover who is available to look after your pets in your home or mine. With a little dog and two french feline ladies of my own. Together with my husband, we share a large home with a big fenced in backyard perfect for hosting your pets if requested. Our one son is grown and off at college and both my husband and I work from home. So we offer a safe home, with someone always available to provide lots of love and attention to your pets. I treat my pets like my children, and give them the best care possible, and I will do the same for your pets as well as their safety and happiness is paramount to me. Your pets will be treated like family, and will be welcome to sleep in our bed and cuddle with us on our couches or be accommodated in their crates, however they best feel comfortable. I also send lots of photos and status updates, during your trip away, to reassure you that your pet is safe and happy and am always available by phone. I am very experienced and loving with all animals. In addition to providing for their care in my house or yours. I can provide housesitting services. Collecting the mail, watering the plants, feeding the fish, rotating lights at night to make it seem like someone is home. I have done it all. Lilly is a fantastic cat sitter. She goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for my cats. She cleans their litter, gives them attention, feeds them. She keeps in contact with me which is wonderful, so I can know how they are doing. I trust her and she has on numerous accounts made her schedule work to take care of them on short notice. Seriously, she is really wonderful and I am happy to have someone who I can trust will take care of my cats and my home while I'm away.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When caring for a pet for the first time with a client. I always make a point of arranging a free visit ahead of the client's trip. This gives the owner a chance to introduce me to their pets and allows the pet to become acquainted with me. We use this time together, to talk about their pet, their routine, their personality, their likes and dislikes, and any behavioural triggers they may have. I want the clients to get to know me and feel comfortable with me and go over how exactly they would like their pet and home care for while they are away. I work hard to provide maximum peace of mind for the client while providing the best care possible for their beloved pets. The safety and care of their pets is of the utmost priority to me, which is why I believe this initial meeting and being as detailed as possible is so crucial to successful petsitting.
