- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The premise of our company is to design and style a custom event. We build all of our event packages with this in mind. Our standard pricing system begins with a designing and styling quote for a certain number of guest. From this starting point clients may choose to add on additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since all of our events are custom we like to set up an initial consult to determine the needs of our clients. We typically begin with a questionnaire prior to our consult, to encourage our potential client to start brainstorming on ideas such as theme, venue, budget, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification in Meeting and Event Planning along with completing an Executive Management Program from Temple University. I hold a BS in Accounting as well.
