I mainly worked with Sheryl from Events by ReDesign to plan my “40 Shades of Fabulous” birthday party, and the event turned out to be everything I imagined and so much more! I was so excited to work with them after seeing photos of their past events. I had complete trust in Sheryl, and provided her with minimal direction for planning my party. It was no surprise that her creative talent, attention to detail, and quality of execution resulted in an event that was nothing short of fabulous! Sheryl was very professional and accommodating; when I couldn’t attend a meeting in person, she scheduled a conference call to ensure we stayed on track with our timelines. My husband especially appreciated that she stayed within our budget. She selected most of the vendors and offered several cost effective alternatives to some of my pricy ideas, ensuring that everything would be of top quality. During the party, Sheryl and her staff made sure everything flowed smoothly and that everyone was having a great time. I received rave reviews from my guests, commenting on the beautiful and classy décor and what an awesome time they had! Sheryl Saunders is the owner of Events by redesign. She is professional, courteous and patient. I hired her to design and plan my daughter's baby shower. Since she was not personally referred to me, I was quite nervous about how she would pull all my daughter's ideas together. Sheryl did an outstanding job decorating the event space. She totally transformed the room. She incorporated all of the ideas my daughter wanted and threw in a few of her own. She truly has a talent for design. In addition to design, Sheryl and her teammate, Frazelle, coordinated the entire event. The two of them made sure everything went according to the plan. My guest were raving about the entire event. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is a #1 concern for her because Sheryl's other team members are equally as professional. The set up crew did an excellent job. After the event was over, they did not leave until the event space was back to the original condition. I even saw Sheryl walking around with tape picking up pieces of confetti. My event was a success! If you decide to hire this company, give Sheryl the creative license to make your event a beautiful and joyous occasion. She will do an amazing job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The premise of our company is to design and style a custom event. We build all of our event packages with this in mind. Our standard pricing system begins with a designing and styling quote for a certain number of guest. From this starting point clients may choose to add on additional services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since all of our events are custom we like to set up an initial consult to determine the needs of our clients. We typically begin with a questionnaire prior to our consult, to encourage our potential client to start brainstorming on ideas such as theme, venue, budget, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification in Meeting and Event Planning along with completing an Executive Management Program from Temple University. I hold a BS in Accounting as well.
