FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work in a few different ways. I provide my clients with consulting where I answer any questions at an hourly rate i.e. What color paint? Where should I place my furniture?, How should I layout my bathroom? I also do accessory styling where the client just needs help with the details of the room. I offer a full design package where I do furniture, accessories, art, etc. All of my packages can be done in person or via virtual design. If you would like to see more about my pricing please visit my website located in my profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the space either via video or picture (for e-design clients) or in person. This allows me to see their space discuss what their goals are and the needs of their family. If we decide that I am the right fit we sign a contract. Next, I send an in-depth questionnaire to learn more about my clients lifestyle, their family, their needs, and their wants. Then I begin sourcing items and start the fun part - the design process. If I pick something that doesn't work for you we can edit that out. My packages include two revisions free of charge. After we design then we start to acquire the items. Some clients like to do this at their own pace others like to do it all at once. Also some clients prefer to order their furniture on their own or some like to do it through me. The details of the process are flexible depending on what works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the New York Institute of Art + Design for Interior Design.
