As the owner of a landscape supply company I deal with just about every landscape and mason contractor in the area. With that being said when it came time to have a patio installed at my own home I had a handful of the best companies to choose from. I am also very referenced based as I am sure most reading reviews on an app like thumbtack are. I am not willing to risk having a bad experience when some due diligence can show me reviews and real experiences from past clients that will mitigate the chance of having a bad experience. With that being said I talked to a few of their past clients (they've done almost every paver driveway/patio in Laurel Beach btw) one had actually been a friend who had Bluegrass install a giant patio to the tune of almost 1,200 square feet. After talking to them about how quickly the work was done and seeing a few pictures I decided Bluegrass would probably be who I would use. After having a few come to quote my project I ended up choosing Bluegrass for two reasons additional reasons. 1) They made me feel comfortable about their ability to do exactly what I wanted. 2) The price was very fair for the amount of work that was to be done (large patio of 700 square feet).
That is a decision I do not regret. They came to the job day one with a huge and newer backhoe that I thought might be overkill but ended up being extremely efficient. Between digging out the area, doing the process base, and installing the pavers these guys were done in 3 days when I thoroughly anticipated a week! They were friendly, helpful, and extremely talented. If you want a company that is going to do excellent work and leave you without a worry give them a call.
