Fairly large job. We were selling our house, and had conducted a Manufactured Stone Veneer inspection, which identified that there was moisture and wood damage behind our stone veneer. In order to complete the sale of our home, this job needed to be completed in 10 days. I gave JR Construction the job based on their competitive bid, and industry knowledge from the owner, Leo. They worked directly with the inspector, to ensure that the job was completed as needed in order to pass re-inspection. This was a big job that entailed removing the stone at the base of the wall across the entire front of the house and garage, and reinstall with the proper flashing and weep screens. Additionally, the wall in the front needed to be partially removed to inspect and repair water damaged frame, substrate, and insulation. then rebuilt as per manufacturers specifications. Leo and his crew worked hard and late to meet the deadline, and we passed re-inspection the day before the close. I was extremely pleased with the work and attention to detail that JR Construction delivered. The crew was always on time, and working hard. Thanks Leo and Linda for you professional completion of my job.

We hired JR Construction to repair our sidewalk, steps, and some tuckpointing on our home. They gave us the best quote of the three companies we considered. Leo and his wife were prompt, courteous, and actually did more than we expected. They told us to call if there were any problems and they would return to fix them. They left our yard clean and neat and even offered to spread some grass seed for us next to the sidewalk. We would certainly hire them again and recommend them as a fair, hard working company,

We were VERY pleased with JRConstruction! They were punctual and polite and communicated well what we could expect. Of the estimates we got, JRConstruction came in the lowest and, when the inspector from our village came to look at their work, he remarked on how very well it had been done!
