Hired for our Anniversary, had a lovely dinner! very professional and well prepared. Her Step daughter that is learning the business came with her to help serve, she was also wonderfully professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will hopefully have a chance to hire her again.

We had a dinner party for fifteen in our home out in the country. Everyone complimented us on the meal that Chef Tammy prepared for us (including the appetizers)! I was amazed at how well prepared and efficient she was. Everyone's meat was served to their liking and at the same time. The risotto and lava cake were big hits and almost every plate that returned to the kitchen was empty. She cleaned everything and left the kitchen spotless. I would highly recommend her.

Chef Tamara was great to work with. She suggested a great menu that fit with our guests and we tweaked it together. She was professionally dressed, presented herself very well, kept me posted in the planning process, and served us a great meal that fit in our budget! Chef also brought a server who was very professional and so kind to us all. I would definitely hire them both again!

I work with the clients budget to customize a menu to fit their needs and wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and listening is the key. Each client has a different personality and must be dealt with respect and courtesy. I find out their likes and dislikes and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in business, culinary arts and small business. I also worked under many fine chefs who taught me the skills I need to be successful.
