- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With over 40 years experience I believe you get what you pay for. I am not the least expensive compared to my competitors. The work that I do sells itself. If you are looking for the “cheapest” rate then I am not your guy. I believe in doing quality work the first time around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation in the beginning will give both the consumer and I a good feel for the job that is being requested. I will then come to the project site and evaluate it further if I feel that it is necessary before giving a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a young man I started my concrete experience with an apprenticeship for 3 years before leading my own jobs. Since then I have worked diligently in this field for over 40 years.
