this was a terrific experience. Ron understands how to address these difficult odors. We made arrangements, Ron came when promised, and did the job at a fair price. A home we were not able to put on the market due to smoke and pet odors now smells clean! It goes on the market this week. Thank you Ron. Really great working with you. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to be extremely thorough because we guarantee our service, so we listen carefully to the concerns the new customer provides regarding the issues with odors, in order to plan the best remedy to eliminate the odors. If the perspective job is more involved we would go to inspect the property in order to plan our best process and products to eliminate the issue.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We manufacture our products which are animal and people friendly.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have removed many homeowner's cat and dog odors, as well as smoking and cooking odors. We have also successfully eliminated and prevented mold and mildew on many properties.
