- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything in our industry is based on the individual property. We never come across the same situation too often. We strive to setup personalized property care that we have to tailor to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would setup a property walk through with a chance to meet in person to establish what your expectations will be and what you would like to accomplish. We also take the time to give our opinions and recommendations and to help you understand the best course for your property.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a job where a newer climber had 8 trees to remove and he was going to climb each of them. 3 ash near the house and 5 stone cold dead ash in the woods. as i watched him start climbing i realized he was climbing on a dead limb which broke after he ascended 4 feet. He was planning to toss every piece over the house. We took a break so that i could explain to him and the client why this was dangerous. 30 minutes later with some help he learned and setup a plan to rig each tree and drop them into the woods. I will remember this job because even though everyone works in a different way understanding the basics of safety and control can make a lot of difference for everyone.
