- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing found on taylornebrija.com are subject to change no a circumstantial basis. Hawaii State Tax (4.712%) will be applied to all invoices. Couples working with Ever After Moments for elopements and weddings, and looking for a photographer and videographer will receive a 5% discount. Please send an email regarding your event or session; I'd love to hear from you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you're a new client looking to schedule a portrait session, or a couple in search of a photographer for your wedding day – I always discuss details beforehand. If you're happy with pricing, services, etc, I'll send over a digital contract. Upon signing the contract, all services require a 10% non-refundable down payment to book and hold your date. Whether we're a month or a year away, I'll always be in touch leading up to the event. Final payments are due within one week (7 days) of your event or session. Most events have a 30-day turnaround while sessions can take up to 3 weeks for a completed collection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead photographer, I've owned a camera(s) for years and developed my art through self-taught practices and knowledge passed down from my father.
