Introduction: We only use Factory OEM parts when repairing iPhones. The reason we are up-front about this is because it is something we can stand behind. We also have a mobile unit in which we drive to you to fix your iPhone. All of our work comes with a 30 day parts defect warranty. (water and physical damage do not apply). I put quality and years of experience into my work. I love working with technology. Repairing and customizing phones is something I have been doing for over 10 years. I started on Nokia phones back in the 90s. It makes me happy knowing I can help someone out when they need it. Your phone is your life. iPhones aren't cheap and when they break, you need someone who you can trust! I love what I do and I love helping people.

Tony at iGo iPhone Repairs is the best! What a guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite from the get-go. I needed the screen on my iPhone 6s Plus fixed and I didn't have time to drive 30 mins to the nearest kiosk. He came to me! and his prices were awesome. He was up front about his parts being Factory OEM and having a 30 day warranty.

iGo iPhone Repairs is where you go when you need any Apple device fixed!! I had dropped my iPhone 6 and my iPad and called Tony. He had a few openings to fit me in for an appointment and he was able to fix both devices for a reasonable price! He even gave me 10% off for bringing two devices to him. What a great business, with great knowledge. I highly recommend!!

If you want a trusted company with great service, use iGo iPhone Repairs! Tony fixed my iPhone in 20 minutes. He also suggested that the battery be replaced, because I always complained about my iPhone dying everyday at 1pm. He changed the battery out with a new one and now my iPhone holds a new charge. Don't go anywhere but to Tony at iGo iPhone Repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
iPhone Screen Repair Prices are listed on my website. Once I have your phone opened and am working on it, if you have any additional parts that need to be fixed, I only charge $25 per component that needs fixing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and we can discuss what is wrong with your phone. If you are in a hurry and cannot make it to my location, I can come to you. Or you can come to me. If you are out of the state or over an hour away and don't want to drive, you can ship me the phone and I guarantee next day delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been hands on with phones since the 90's. I am talking close to 20 years of experience. I also only use factory OEM parts that have a 30 day warranty.
