Introduction: FitBodyz By Chastity stands out because I bring the gym to you! I've also started accepting clients to train at my home gym with me as well. Rain or shine, good day or bad day, I'll be ready with my equipment to whip you into shape! What I enjoy most about training my clients is the reward of knowing that I've helped make a difference in their life. Clients come to me with all sorts of issues, and knowing that I'm able to help them is the biggest reward of all. I truly love what I do!

Chastity is very helpful and knowledgeable on being healthy. She has been helping me for a couple months. She has really helped me understand form when doing exercises. I had been doing it all wrong! We've been training at my house once a week and then she would give me "homework" to do the rest of the week. That helps give me a plan when I go workout because often I get in there and don't know what to do. She is motivational and always makes me believe I CAN do it!

This is the best decision my family has decided to make! And she comes to you. Not only is she an awesome trainer but she also cares. Very personal and really does want the best for her clients. She is always there too answer any questions and pushes you to get the best results. And she always is so encouraging when working out and makes you want to do your very best.
