Thanks for hiring us, and thanks for your honest feedback. During our first walk, the customer's dog immediately, and desperately, began eating grass, to the point that it seemed to me that there might be some sort of digestive, or nutritional deficiency going on. I immediately informed the customer about the grass eating incident, and what it might mean. He then said, "oh, she does that all the time", which I then commented "there might be something wrong... you should go to the vet with her". The next morning, I received a text saying "when we got home, there was a pile of vomit with grass in it, so we no longer need your services...". Although this seemed like a rather unfair, and somewhat bizarre reason to outright stop working with us, I graciously offered to give them the next walk free of charge, and not charge them for the walk that I already provided... but to no avail. I would strongly recommend that you have your puppy checked by a veterinarian to address any digestive or nutritional deficiency. Hoping for the best!
