We customize our services to meet what our clients need. Therefore, pricing varies.

We like to talk, and meet, with our new clients to get the best understanding on what they are looking for and to see if we would be a good fit for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the rental business for over 16 years. We began our firm 5 years ago. We are currently member of Pierce County Realtors and Pierce County Narpm. Steve, the Designated broker for Steady Properties, is Chapter President. We stay current with the changing laws and work closely with many other Property managers.
