We create an account, they log in and fill out their Balance Sheet. When done, they request their intro session, and connect via videoconference. We see if we are a fit, and then enjoy weekly sessions. Client typically commits to four sessions, and then we take it from there based on need/desire. The alchemyfor.life handles notes, goals and communication between coach and coachee. Client can always refer to it and make notes prior to the session, which is unlike any other coach or coaching firm.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Professionals seeking life/work balance.
Parents seeking balance between parenting and relationship.
Men and Women seeking more energy, time and resources.
Couples seeking more time for each other, and more energy.
Individuals going through a divorce trying to figure out how to spend their time with their new schedule.
Located anywhere, thanks to video coaching.
Corporate groups on a wellness plan.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Professional mom. Lots of time spend on very young kids activities. Hard worker, very little me time for herself. Filling out the balance sheet made her say "oh wow." Less than a month she had a lot more me time and really used her account to communicate between sessions. Pretty cool.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the potential coach: "What tools do you use to coach? What tools do you use to document and log our sessions?"
If they just scribble notes on a note pad and send you home you're wasting time and money because you have nothing tangible to work with between meetings.
Before you try to fix a problem, you need to take a step back to see what's creating it.
If you don't find balance first, the problem will just manifest in another area of your life.
You can't spend more time on a 'date night' with your wife if you work 12 hour days.
You can't have more energy from your mate if she's doing 85% of the parenting of your kids.
Move the time, effort and resources around, spill that Elixir of life into the right flasks, and spill some back.
Make sure your balance coach is aware of that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Am I ready to look at what I'm doing with my life?
Does their method cover all the bases, or will we ignore the bigger issue of where the heck my energy is going.
Am I willing to change? A little? :)
