Al and his team do an exceptional job. They assisted me with several big jobs including: gutter replacement, drywall repair, two bathroom rehabs, excavating and adding a water shield to the exterior lower unit, and the installation of electronic heating boards. He was very responsive, transparent, and stuck to the timeline he gave me. I will definitely be partnering with him for future projects.

Our roof was an absolute horror. 92 years old, with 7 layers of shingles including the original wood shingles from 1924. Don't ask me why -- long story. Al's crew did an amazing job. Work was fast, efficient, on target and in budget. His calm, professional demeanor was especially appreciated, as were his problem solving skills (Needless to say, there were some unanticipated issues under a roof that was nearly 100 years old). I never felt like he was trying to SELL me anything - but rather trying to help. And help he did.

Al and his team were extremely easy to work with. They had the best prices out of any competitor, allowing us to make a few product upgrades to our roof while still beating the price for basic materials from other companies. Al was flexible, timely, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work that was done, meeting with us twice prior to signing a contract. His crew completed our roofing job in just under 36 hours, and they were able to start working the same week we signed our contract. Highly recommend XL Property & Contracting LLC.

Every Project has a different budget so to remain flexible we price our projects on per basis model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet with new customers at their property to get a close look at their project. So first I set an appointment; This allows for us to see if we are a get fit for the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six years of commercial & residential insurance experience, four years of contracting experience, over 10 years of real estate experience which includes rehab project management.
