Ben and Amber were seriously awesome. They were quick to respond to every email I sent them and worked with the budget I had in mind. They were extremely flexible and they helped me to come up with a menu that would fit my event perfectly. They arrived on time, made some amazing food, boxed up all of the leftovers, and cleaned the entire kitchen. They really did all of the work, which allowed me to focus on my party. On time courtesy very professional but the food magnificent. They were the best choice Ronna and I made . They made it stress free and worked with our budget. We had ribs pulled pork tritip chicken coleslaw salad beans sweet and hott bread chips and salsa with set up utensils and all the trimmings . I can't say enough. U have a great family and great BBQ. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Of course providing references and answering any and all questions that they may have about their event is a must, but we also can customize our clients menu to fit their budget. Because of our efficiency and consistency we can offer the best price for the best food and service in Northern Nevada. Our personality and drive to be successful for our clients gives them the security to know that they have hired the best caterer/Chef for their special event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 30 years of cooking experience, I am a Certified Food Protection Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, and very very soon Certified Executive Chef.
