- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We are a turn key company. If we give you a price we stick with it unless something arises during the job. Then we always speak to the customer an explain the new issue an if they'd like to continue because the price could go up. Nothing is done without the customer's permission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respect them at all times. Be fair an understanding to their situation an always be honest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a RMP (Responsible Master Plumber) I do continuing ED as required by the state every year.
