- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project type. Our range is somewhere between $45 per hour to $75 depending upon the complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial exploration discussion to learn more about customer's business objectives, overall business environment, scope of the engagement, and budget. Next we put together a bid for the time and overall cost of the project. Then we have a kick off that lays out the overall phases and milestones for the project. A Project Manager stays in touch with the client at least once a month to make sure the client is satisfied with the progress and if client's needs are evolving, how we accommodate those. Finally we hand over the finished product, and continue to service any bugs or issues for the first 90 days with no cost to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team of developers have finished their Bachelors in Computer Software. The UI/UX team has their design degrees. Our project managers have field experience of managing delivery of IT projects.
