Introduction: Kaizen Property Solutions, LLC has been leasing and managing single family homes, duplexes, apartments and townhomes since 2005. We manage properties throughout the 7 county metro area.
We have a 24 hour emergency maintenance line along with a full crew of maintenance professionals that specialize in rental maintenance, inspections with City inspectors, Section 8 inspections, turning of a unit and general maintenance requests. We are fast, efficient and always concerned about the owner's bottom line.
We take pride in our efficiency and our communication with our owners, tenants and inspectors. We are honest and work at a level of high integrity to make sure that our owners are comfortable and trust us with their investment.
