Introduction: Everyone I work with receives a custom training and nutrition program. On top of the in person sessions I have each and every client of mine send check-ins via online once a week as well to add extra accountability. I train my clients out of the gym Los Campeones located in Minneapolis. When working with me you would only pay for the personal training and not for the gym membership. When training with me you will receive: Training & Nutrition - Monthly periodized training routine customized to fit your specific goals and needs - Detailed guidance on training program with sets, reps, tempo, rest times and more - Continuous updates and adjustments to programming when called for - Client handbook with in depth information in regards to your training program, nutrition plan and conditioning protocol - Supplement recommendations - Continuous updates and adjustments to nutrition plan when called for - Unlimited email correspondence - Analysis of lifting technique I have always have been passionate about healthy lifestyles and fitness. My training method is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles. ​ With over a half decade of experience in coaching and training a wide variety of clientele. I have learned that there is truly no "One-Size-Fits-All" approach. Whether it is working with physique competitors or an individual trying to get in better shape, everyone’s approach has so many variables and factors that go into how to go about creating their plan. This is why I pride myself in giving my clients uncompromising quality service and education that will last them a lifetime, inside and outside of the gym.

Allan Moles has been an amazing coach. After competing a year ago I didn't want to 'fall off track' and lose everything I worked really hard for. We started with a plan to maintain where I was at and he helped adjust my macros accordingly. As winter approached we started a lean bulk. His expertise in this area helped the mental part tremendously. What girl doesn't like to eat but the thought of gaining weight can be a bit scary. Here we are 6 months later, 10 pounds heavier and wow! (I can still see my abs)... Allan knows what he's doing! The continuous knowledge and support from Allan has really helped me create a balanced lifestyle while still enjoying the little things, like pizza and a glass of wine. IIFYM for the win!

Allan Moles combined an incredible amount of knowledge behind both physical training and nutrition to customize a plan for me over an initial start-up 3-month period. He completely changed my views on "what it took" to lose weight. I was coming from a background of deprivation diets, endless cardio and defeating group exercise classes. As a mom to 2 young kids I was spending a ton of time in the gym, torturing myself on fad diets and not seeing any lasting results. I met Allan through a nutrition class and was instantly sold on his approach. During my first 3-months of following a macro-based nutrition plan and a clear, concise weight training schedule, I lost over 15 pounds and close to 3 dress sizes. I finally felt strong, confident and in control of my life. I continued to train with Allan beyond that initial start-up and only saw further results and continued success under his lead. I've said it so many times, but I wish every person out there struggling with their weight could meet and train with Allan. It really was life changing for me, and I am so grateful for his guidance and friendship.

Allan Moles has been such an amazing trainer. He truly understands my goals and I have really seen them become a reality. Allan (Body Evolution Fitness) laid out a comprehensive program that was easy to follow. Included both diet and an exersice routine that was not only age appropriate but also allowed me to gain muscle mass and strength that I thought this 60 year old body would never see again. What impresses me most about Allan is his knowledge about body mechanics and his understanding of nutrition. He is also very patient and understands we are all human! I am in better shape today than I was when I was in my forties thanks to Allan and Body Evolution Fitness! Ray
