Introduction: The Healing Den is a place for healing and journey.
Sara provides healing in a comfortable home environment for people and animals. She is a Reiki master and teacher who also works with shamanic healing techniques and reads Tarot. As a healer, she works with people of all ages, backgrounds and belief systems with the foundation that we are all connected beings of light. At times we just need a little help connecting to the our light or energy source and that is where Sara can help. Reiki can help with physical, emotional and spiritual issues; all you have to do is be willing to receive.
For those who are interested in a more spiritual or interactive experience. I also work with angels, ascended masters, power animals and other spirit helpers. I love to integrate shamanic techniques such as drumming, guided meditation with the four elements and journey to explore parts of your soul that need attention. I work with crystals and other natural healing items as they can offer much welcome healing vibration.
The Healing Den offers private and group sessions. If you would like to share your experience with a group of friends, she can customize a home event just for you.
Because everything is energy, you are Reiki. (Rei = the Higher Power + Ki = life force energy) That is why it works. It can be difficult at times to connect with that source and keep your energetic cup overflowing.
Sara enjoys helping others by channeling the life force energy with you and helps you to integrate that into the real world. This energy source resides in our subconscious in ways that we are often unaware of and have difficulty accessing. It feels unique to each of us because we are unique ourselves. This vibration is who we really are, and blockages to this divine energy can often manifest without our realization in the form of thoughts, physical health, patterns in our life events and how interact with the world. When we are better connected to our own energy, we can align ourselves to receive healing from the life force energy that is so abundant and available to us!
