- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our pricing to match national averages. We want price not to be an issue, and our intention is to win your long term relationship with us by providing a quality and professionalism that you'll find distinctive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple rekeying, we can typically quote/schedule with only an email/phone exchange. For more complex jobs, typically we'll either need to get to the site or get some good photos to estimate accurately. We're often, though not always, able to schedule within roughly 1 business day of receipt of an order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our locksmiths have an average of approximately 10 years experience in the field. The Flying Locksmiths is the nation's largest commercial locksmith group, and provides a unique expanse of knowledge to any job necessary.
