2/16/18: Pleased with the work. Thanks! 4/6/18: Dan came out to my house again to address a similar issue as had been the case just a few weeks ago and in this situation, he did the second visit free-of-charge. I am extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond when he certainly did not need to do that but he did regardless. I have to say that my experiences working with him makes it MUCH easier to refer him to other folks since he has stood by his work (and gone beyond in this instance). I am hopeful that my recommendation here can be a way of "paying it forward" to him for being customer-oriented and extremely helpful.
