- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been a hobbyist since I was young, starting to tinker with computers before I was even 10 years old. I started fixing and setting up computers for family and friends, and eventually had people referred to me. Eventually, I started doing repairs for people I didn't know and discovered a real passion for helping people handle their technology needs. To this day, I enjoy helping people with everything they bring me, from broken cell phones to learning new software and building new workflows. I.T. should just work. I'm here to make that happen!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with end-users and small businesses as Tech-Ease, and as the IT/AV Director for Heartwood Conference Center.
