- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are budget friendly but offer clients discounts all year long. To learn how members can save money every year, call and ask about my members program!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All a client has to do is call or text. I will look up the property on google maps and will get you a quote within a minute. If not visible online, I ask that you send in pictures or I can stop by the property to take a look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not offer any other services. This allowed me to recognize the problems homeowners had with cleaning their own property. For myself and my clients I established a convenient & consistent service every single time.
