- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is affordable for customers. I understand that when it comes to photos, no price tag can be put on the memories behind these pictures, however it helps to find a professional who understands a budget. I try to work with each customer to deliver their photo needs without breaking the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is first to introduce myself, then I will send over a questionnaire via email to get to know the customer. I like to ask a few questions about the photography job, about themselves, and also what I may need to know to be prepared for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college at the Nebraska University of Omaha Campus where I studied business. I have been doing volunteer photography for two years now for Hopekids, a non-profit organization that offers free events for families with children whom have life-threatening illnesses. I have also have my own photography business that has been up and running for a little under a year now. I have also studied under fellow local photographers to grow my skillset.
