- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of the market, but also at a fair rate for the customer. I like to cut deals so that I am happy and so is the customer. I like to be in market range but also on the low side. I'm not worried about how many jobs I get, I am worried about the quality my customers pay for and deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I am friendly and very out spoken. I want the customer comfortable, but I also want to be comfortable in my work environment. Before I touch anything in a customers home, I always check there thoughts, opinions, and ideas multiple times so we both decide on the best fit for the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with a lot of Amish friends. I worked construction for about 4 years. Mainly building pole barns and decks. Then I went into flipping house for a realtor and doing a basic touch up and walk through taking care of anything that would need replaced and fixed. I installed Directv for 2 years. While installing Directv I would do Tv mounting, surround sound, and IR repeaters for customers. As of now I am doing maintenance on a 255 unit complex in Fishers Indiana.
