We found no activity on the second service. Our warranty doesn't cover new furniture that you requested be treated. There is a normal surcharge for treatment of new furniture. This is within the guidelines of our warranty.
Very prompt, professional, and quick response to questions. Communicated very well. Great price and my bugs are gone the first time around. Bugs are now back. I understand that some can be missed. Our apologies Lisa. This is not typical. However your treatment was in July and it comes with a 60 day warranty. We'll be sure to take care of the issue and come up with a solution for you.
We were able to get them to come out on short notice to complete a required termite inspection needed for a loan. Were also reasonably priced compared to other companies we quoted.Jun 12, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically based on size of the home for a start service and follow-ups are free for 60 days. Comes with 1 year warranty. After the first 60 days follow-ups are $100 A start service typically takes an hour to two hours depending on level of infestation. We do have seasonal or annual specials that save money... Annual special contains one free service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Intake: Name, Address, Phone Number, Best Time to be reached, Pest/mold description Veteran? Senior? Disabled? Public Service Worker i.e. Fire, Police, EMS Any special medical needs of persons in residence during a service, I.E. Breathing apparatus, medications etc...? Special directions to address? *Some pesticide applications require a re-entry threshold of 4 hours* We inspect and verify the unwanted pests, explain the solutions that we provide for them and educate the customers on future prevention.
