Sara provided excellent customer service; she responded immediately to me when I reached out to her, answered all of my questions, notified me when she was coming to pick her up (on time!) and dropping her off (round-trip for a small fee! awesome!), and provided feedback on her behavior. My girl left happy and came back happy and fresh and clean with a cute Fall scarf! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family and we will definitely be using her soon again.
