Please Install My TV, came out and provided a free estimate, discussed the challenges with the project and discussed beforehand how they planned to remedy them.
On the day of the install, the job was done efficeintly and with excellence. Special attnetion was paid to centering and leveling the unit. The TV was installed on a stone walled above a fireplace, therefore stirring up dust. I expected the dust would be left behind for me to clean later, but the technician was adament about cleaning it up, as he wanted me to be happy with the finished product.
I attempted to hook up my components on my own, but trying to connect older technology to newer technology proved to be more difficult than I suspected. The technician came back out and got things working as they should.
Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I recieve and at a fair and reasonable price. Would certainly use Please Install My TV again, and recommend them to friends and family.
