What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 standard packages for full wedding consultation and 3 standard packages for wedding "day of" coordination all of which can be customized to fit the client's needs and budgets. For corporate and not-for-profit clients I bid each event against a Request for Proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to prospective clients on the phone and then I send them our questionnaire which I ask them complete and return to me before we meet in person. With their information I can come to a face to face meeting prepared to actually offer specific ideas and solutions to their requests so we can immediately begin the planning process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Fine Art from Rhode Island School of Design and I studied in Italy for 2 years where I experienced true "simple elegance" which is a lovely gift I can offer my clients. I have been planning events in the Chicagoland area for over 16 years and have wonderful testimonials from many satisfied clients many of whom who have become personal friends.
