- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are time based and very straight forward. There are three different session package options and three corresponding fee options. No commissions, no product sales, no annual fees. Payment will be required up front before meeting. No refunds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Pre-Consultation how we can help 2. Payment processing 3. New client forms are sent to client 4. Filled out forms received back 5. Appointment scheduled for date minimum 48hrs after forms are received (allowing time for us to prepare for meeting)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
