What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a firm quote based on the complexity of job. I have a "no surprises" policy and respect my client's budget. Should the scope of the project change, I will discuss the matter with the client and get approval before incurring any incremental costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No-obligation consultation to learn about the customer's business and objectives. We'll explore what services I can provide to help customers meet their needs and offer recommendations if applicable. Once a scope of work is defined, I will furnish a firm quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some college plus 20+ years hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer/Art Directer offering a broad range of expertise in developing creative solutions for both print and digital media. I provide comprehensive creative, marketing and production services to support creative development from strategy through production.
