2-stars because the price was right. Poor customer service. Hard to get in contact with, and get answers to questions. I asked for changes to be made to the proof - they were never made. Tech arrived late and left early. Overall bad service from start to finish. I would not recommend unless you need cheap and don't care about quality. EDIT: Case and point. Read the response to this review. Classic! Firstly, the event was on the 4th floor. The elevator was working just fine with an operator. We told them it was a partial construction zone except for where our party was held. They were scheduled to come at 11:00, but didn't arrive until 12:15 - a little bit more than 10 minutes late... I made a single easy request to change the type-face, which they agreed to and even said it was easy, but still never changed it. They left 30 minutes early, but didn't bring up the elevator, which worked fine for all of our 80 guests (not a dead party). Also, I did not praise uClick during any of this. I sent them a personal email before writing reviews to a terse and cold response. I think it's crazy that I even have to entertain this type of back and forth. Excellent last minute thought, well worth the money. I was lucky to get someone with very little notice (on my part) but thanks to U click photo booths for coming through for us. It was a wedding gift to the bride and groom they were extremely happy. Guest had a great time. Help was right there at the booth throughout the entire event being helpful, printing, being pleasant to guest, etc. thank you again for helping us celebrate our bride and groom!!
